We serve as sponsor and investment manager for the Programs, which are fee-only investment management programs, offered on a discretionary basis. The Programs are based on our proprietary tactical asset allocation methodology. If you participate in the Programs, we charge you a specified fee which covers our advisory services and the fees for executing transactions within your Program account.
